ok...
what are you listening to? What's new? What are you enjoying?
latest thing for me: new Absurd Mind cd.
I have mixed feelings. It's good, but every song is pretty much the exact samething. I listened through and thought "wait, that wasn't one song? That was all of them?"
So I donno... need to take another listen.

Interesting CD
Wed, November 30, 2005 - 3:56 AMI recently acquired the Cleopatra label's Goth/Industrial Club Anthem Collection (thanks, little bro!). Much of it is pretty basic, but the third disc is all remixes. By far the best track is the first one: Einsturzende Neubaten's "Yu-Gung" remixed by Adrian Sherwood. Solid... Although, I must say the Razed in Black remix of "I Want Candy" is pretty slick, too... -

Re: OMG! NOT A SPAM POST!!!
Thu, July 27, 2006 - 1:36 PMtheres so much.....most of it isn't new, because i'm stuck in the early 90s.....
lets see, as far as new new stuff goes: haloblack-throb (really different from their older stuff, more noisey and less guitar driven....i hated it at first, but now i'm hooked. it also has some really great guest appearences by raymond watts)
cyanotic-transhuman (fantastic chicago based coldwave, quite heavy....not for those who dont like guitars)
C/A/T-the rogue pair (one word: "severed", so good!!!)
chemlab-rock whore vs. dance floor (the mindFIELD remix of megahurtz is amazing!)
old CDs that i've been listening to alot recently: numb-language of silence (one of their best albums in my opinion!),
dive-true lies (this album sounds like it should have been released on wax trax)
haloblack-tension filter (amazing old coldwave album....with a more industrial sound than alot of coldwave, very industrial vocals)
ohgr-sunnypsyop (its just so damn catchy, i cant stop listening!)
virus-23-masquerade and madness (more mellow than their first album, shows a bit more of leo canneto's argentinian roots, "pensamientos" is my favorite track)
various artists-cyber punk fiction (all in all a great concept comp, the highlight though is deffinately the society burning track)
